Tracey Warr
Tracey Warr is a fiction and non-fiction writer. Her historical novels are published by Impress Books [http://www.impress-books.co.uk]. Her future fiction, The Water Age, is published by Meanda Books [https://meanda.net]. Her non-fiction books include The Midden (Garret, 2018), Remote Performances in Nature and Architecture (Routledge, 2015) and The Artist’s Body (Phaidon, 2000).
Tracey created an installed text around the Armstrong Hydraulic Pump in Allenheads. The text explored the behaviour and characteristics of water, and its extraterrestrial origin. She led a future fiction writing workshop at Shaftoe Trust Primary School in Haydon Bridge resulting in ‘The Mission for the Future’ story which is published in The Water Age Children’s Art and Writing Workshops (Meanda Books, 2018).
